I agreed to paint the outside of a home for Darla and Grady Ramsey for $500, $250 dow3n, and they supplied the paint. I drove 40 miles from my house and started painting, the Ramseys started to leave, and I asked for my $250 down. They refused to give me any money down, and said they would pay me piecework depending on how much I finished every day. That was not the agreement. They also wanted to control my hours. Also not part of the agreement. So I left. They refused to re-imburse me for my gas and for the work already done. So I am out $250
