My Diet Patches.com ripoff, would not refund money after I send back the product, will not take calls and will not receive e-mails Tinley Park ILLINOIS

I purchased the patches in December and sent them back within the 90 day trial period, i was told at that time that I would receive the refund, i spoke with a representative about a month later and he stated that it should have been taken care of, i waited again an called another month later, was told then that i would have to contact my bank and file a complaint with my debit card and they would refund the money then..( The Bank)..

They would not do this ( of course) since then the phone number is no good and i have send several e-mails and they have been returned.
I also sent several e-mails to:
MDP - Cust. Service 2"
with no response and no money returned..
