Filed insurance claim for reimbursement on services that were not authorized and were unethical (family members). Insurance was not aware of company filing until notified. Policy is not to bill for services to family members yet darling eye center has falsely billed family members repeatedly. Owner leaves fake reviews and would not respond to bbb complaint.
