Darrin, Jess, Small....whatever his name is...is really Darien C. Small. Type his name and a few things will come up. He has been arrested for fraud among many things. Search under Maryland Judiciary Case Search and you will see his 32 warrants. He has done this in several states and was even on the news in Atlanta, Georgia!!!

Ripped Off By Darrin Jess Small

My husband and I were married last June (2009) and "Jess" was contracted to take our photos at our wedding and provide us with a CD of the images. We had an engagement shoot with him and received the images promptly. However, the day of the wedding, he came and brought another photographer- took pictures and then even showed the pics at the reception. He was supposed to give us a CD that day, but said he would touch up the photos and send them to us. 8 weeks later he posted some to a website, but they were all thumbnail sized, and had terrible resolution. He never returned our phone calls, emails, letters from our attorney, etc... and we have no idea where he is. We are frustrated that we can't find him, and while we want our money back, we obviously want our wedding pictures even more. If anyone knows how to contact him or is considering beginning a class action suit against him, please let me know. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
