 The fact that you rented us an unsafe home is completely separate from my personal issues. You should be ashamed of yourself Darrin! When you take in a stray and find out she's pregnant a month later much to your chagrin, do you abandon her? Wasn't my choice that's for sure. Also, when your husband decides to abuse prescription methamphetamines it really does make it difficult to be married. Go ahead and get all of your witnesses because I'm pretty sure the neighbors don't care for you either! Please quit while you're ahead. You already got all of our money for your s**t hole house...move on idiot!

This inaccurate report and accusations are completely false.  This individual did not adhear to the agreed housing rental rules/guidelines and was a horrible tenant. Right away they started a puppy factory and did not take care of the property inside and out.  I firmly believe that this individual was going through some personal problems and directed her anger towards me.  She threatened to sue once she receieved her partial deposit.  The check was quickly cashed therefore I beleive I was just working with a scorned women.  If anyone crosses paths with Lani Maddox or Lani ?... now that her husband left her proceed with caution! If anyone has questions about my accuracy of this report I can provide pictures and nearbors testimonies.
