Data Money Online - Mr Gene Truman Looks like I am the latest "VICTIM" of GENE TRUMAN with DATA MONEY ONLINE!! Don't DO IT, Lose your $197 Hard-Earned MONEY!! Miami Florida

Looks like I am the latest "Victim" of Gene Truman with Data Money Online. I wish I had known about this Report Site sooner. I signed up with the company around the 1st part of May and was able to use and get on the site for about 2-days. I set up my ClickBank Acct too and within hours folks was charged the $197.

Then around 4th or 5th day I tried logging in under the "Members" Area and was unsuccessful. I too, kept getting the message; "ERROR" This feature is only accessible to approved members! I thought I was doing something wrong, so I contacted them through their "Support" Email address.

A couple of days later I received an "automated" response confirming the receipt of my ticket #:AXB-734308 (also coded as LOW Priority) and that an Agent would get back to me asap. They also provided me with another website that I could check the status of my Ticket#.

Looked up website: http://dmo.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=8075 This was a DEAD END. This has been going on now for 3-weeks and I have emailed several times to demand my $197 be refunded to my card.

It is now, June 1st and I have ONLY received 1 response EMAIL stating they cannot find any record of me paying the fee. I emailed back promptly with confirmation from my bank confirming the charge, which oddly enough was billed from another co name(looking up next).

I have read NUMEROUS Ripoff Reports now regarding Gene Truman and his "UNFAIR" Business Practices and would also encourage anyone considering a Class-Action Law Suit, please contact me! I will be notifying several Organizations as well as the BBB. NO Money made here!!!
