I also was ripped off by this company. I have sent 3 email requesting my money back but have not heard a work from support @dataentrybusiness,com which is the address they refer you to. I did check my credit card and esellerate is the company that debited my account. I have sent and email to fraud@esellerate.net to let them know that I want my money refunded. Will post an update for all of you if I hear back from them.
