Sent hard drive in with forms and clearly authorized only the $299.00 down payment in Feb 2013.   Low and behold a small box comes back with hard drive and $2000+ charge from them appears on May 2013 credit card statement.   Call them and they yes we did aouthorize the full amount and they fax back a form which was not the one we sent in!!  This was well thought out by them because the form is two pages and the authorization signature is onthe 2nd page while the first page lists the services you approve (which they changed to the full amount !!).    They should be investigated and jailed.
