I Signed up for the Dating Site Builder. Called the toll free and support walked me through the setup. It took me about 15 minutes to complete the site. I thought it's fair enough. Sent in my design in PSD, they integrated it with my website in 2 days. Support has been helpful. You may have to ask for Senior Admin. I know they have some Jr. support who's less experience. But they show willingness to help. I am satisfied with the service they rendered.
