Sorry for the long post. I bought neck hammock from davbeautysupply. I ordered the item on 12/18/17. Got an email saying a label had been created and got a tracking number. Tried to email the address that was on my email to check on it and it was not a valid email. Finally found an email and they said it has been sent but 2 weeks later I do not have the item and there is still no tracking info, just a created label. And can’t get anyone to answer me back. I have ask to cancel my order and give me a refund but it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from them.
