International Center for Immunization, inc gave Dave Glass who is the CEO for PDIF,Inc for purposes of writing a grant on behalf of International Center for Immunization. Dave Glass kept promising that he is working on it for the past three years but never happens. International Center for immunization has request for refund from Dave Glass and Dave Glass promised since last year October to refund the money. As of today, Dave Glass has not refunded the money to our company.
