I am reporting this "SUPPOSED" Loan professional who ripped off our company, lied multiple times and then disappeared off the face of the planet when we tried to get our money back!
NEVER do business with this person and until the company he works for fires him, I would NEVER do business with them either.
If you need a loan in New Jersey, avoid Dave Hecht like the plague or suffer the consequences of working with a liar and a thief.

This is a false report filed by a disgruntal lead genration vending company who did not honor their commitment to our agreement. Thus I cut off my business with them. The persons name is Russell Awni with Screen my lender .com
I listed a complained on Russell and his company and in retaliation he posted this false report. which gives zero details.

This complaint started as a result of me listing a complaint online about this lead generation company.
They had me pay upfront for screed leads and failed to produce any useful leads after 3 months time.
I listed a complaint against A.M.G "screan my lender. Russ Awni onwe operator.
In short they were paid but I did not continue my relationship with them. Instead of legal action I posted a complaint so others would not fall victim to their sceem............
I have been in the lending business for many years and have zero complaints with all agencies.
