This is a payment scam based in Red China. Dave Lyu (aka LV FENG YAN) claims online payment on his website (www,allpainter.com) is by Paypal but it isn’t, payment is made to a Chinese bank. Needless to say I didn’t get any painting from Dave Lyu (aka LV FENG YAN) and I can’t get my money back ($557) from the Chinese bank and he doesn't answer my emails anymore. Don’t by from the Chinese scammer Dave Lyu (aka LV FENG YAN).
