 since then the repairs hes talking about have been way out of line extra cost for parts and labor and not satisfied at all have not been back and did not get my monies worth since then have had nothing but trouble with car ,have a friend he sold a car to for 4,000 dollars the engine was blown! now thats A-1 service to the community is it NOT!!!!  WEST MILTON RUN DAVE NAFF OUT OF TOWN BETTER YET OHIO! FOR GOOD MEXICO SOUND GOOD 

This report was filed by a customer of over twenty years at my repair shop who was looking to rent one of the rental properties that I also own. My understanding was that the money was for the first months rent and that is why I deemed it nonrefundable. I was not aware that he never physically moved into the unit. I contacted the customer who filed this report and discussed the situation in which he thought the money was for a deposit and should be refunded because he did not physically move into the unit.

We came to a mutual agrrement in which I gave the customer a credit at my repair shop for the same amount that he felt he should have been refunded. Customer has since begun using the credit issued for repairs and he is satisfied with the agreement that was reached. I was glad to resolve this issue as I strive very hard to provide affordable repairs and housing to people in the community and work with every customer to provide a satisfactory outcome for any services I provide.
