Well Dave, as a public speaker, your not much of a writer.

1. I did ask you to remove from your list more than once in the past, my requests went ignored. I warned you to stop emailing me and that warning also went ignored. You did this to yourself Dave.

2. Considering I have never had any contact with you and never attended any meeting of yours in the past, and most certainly would never subscribe to your email list , my email address was obtained illegally and used for marketing purposes as you saw fit. Just so happens it was to receive ads about your garage sale....very classy Dave.

3.  Per your statement above...Perhaps I was sold at a garage sale, and that's my problem. Or perhaps there is a more logical explanation, like I don't like unsolicited spam from broke d*ck neighbors about how they are flat broke, are
getting foreclosed on and wondering if I want to buy their second hand items that will not fit in their brand new studio apartment in South Phoenix.

The latter makes more sense, wouldn't you agree Dave?

Dear readers,

This is my contact with Rip Off Report because I've never had a spineless, chicken s**t like this person write a report about me before. 

Anyone that knows me know that the line between my professional life and my personal is very thin.  I share my life with the world because I feel I can help so many people with the info I share. 

For me to share this info about an upcoming garage sales is exactly what I would do because the people in my network are friends, friends of friends and people who have attended my events in the past.  These are the people that I can depend upon to help spread the word.

This person who was so offended by my email must have been in my email database for months because I have sent other content to this list at least 5-6 other times in the past 90 days.  He didn't complain about those emails, did he?  Maybe he was sold as a baby at a garage sale because he was SO incredibly annoying and, now, has issues with garage sales. 

Regardless of this person's issues, I never intended to spam anyone about my garage sale.  I was simply looking to my database of contacts to help spread the word.
