David Roma and Joe South use Craigslist to obtain production services from individuals and then afterward leave town after contracting for services promising to 'send a check' that never arrives after weeks and weeks of promising 'the checks go out next week'.
In this example they contracted for 5 days of production assistant services and a vehicle plus tolls fuel and expenses totaling $600.00 for principal photography of 'Black and Blue' which they repeatedly refered to as a Discovery Channel pilot.
While Joe South offers plausable deniability it is Joe South who enables David Roma as he schedules and contracts for services and resources.
