This lawyer portrays himself as a champion of the elderly and the mentally ill, but in reality he is nothing more than a legal vulture that preys on this vulnerable population.

He utilizes the confidential information that he obtains from them or their relatives to rob them of their assets. He did that to a relative of mine under very trying circumstances.

Beware of swindler David A. Smith's charms. This snake has a deadly bite!
