The jury would have awarded only nominal damages(if at all). Jury awarded a plaintiff with a herniated disc $3,000 when the plaintiff sought $75,000

I hired David Francis  approx one year ago to represent me and my family after a drunk driver, ran a red light and totaled my SUV injuring us.
