Attorney David Francis is an incompetent, arrogant a*s that works harder on behalf of the opposition than he does for his own client. His typical client interaction includes belittling their injuries, questioning their integrity, distorting the facts with lies and demanding acceptance of premature and inadequate settlement offers. David Francis is a marginal human being and a self-devoted, incompetent, unresponsive a*s.
If you have a legitimate personal injury case in the Las Vegas area, find an alternative. The David Francis Law Firm is an absolute joke and you will pay a heavy price for retaining this buffoon.
Mike

Will The Real Attorney David Francis Please Stand Up
AUTHOR: Angler - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 21, 2010
David Francis wrote: The settlement we negotiated in your case was a good result for several reasons.
~~~David Francis negotiated a settlement rather then go through trial, his response said.
(2) Although you complain of back pain and demand narcotic medication, your x-rays, MRI's and other objective tests are all negative.
~~~No medical concerns and the settlement is a whooping $63,000.00. The explanation above is only to discredit Mike, no injuries, no physical therapy
(depending on injury) spells no case.
(4) Your lost earning capacity claim was devalued by you refusing to have an objective physical examination to determine whether you could return to work duty.
By refusing this test, it brings into questions whether you were really hurt or not.
~~~Insurance company hands out free money.
David Francis wrote: the evidence of your extortion and witness tampering with their experts became evidence to be used in front of the jury.
~~~What evidence of any extortion did Mike commit? So far I see someone claiming to be attorney David Francis defaming Mike. The outcome does not reflect your facts.
~~~~With that said, if Mike at any time committed a crime or was not credible, the insurance company would have not settled.
The jury would have awarded only nominal damages(if at all). Jury awarded a plaintiff with a herniated disc $3,000 when the plaintiff sought $75,000
David Francis Law Firm - Integrity, Diligencence & Honesty
AUTHOR: Brice''s mom - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, December 30, 2009
I lost my 28 year old son in Las Vegas due to medical malpractice, fraud and greed practiced by a multi-million dollar medical agency. David Francis took the case, uncovered corruption, forgery and cover-ups at all levels of the case. Attorney Francis handled every aspect of the case, took every one of my calls and promptly responded to my email messages, no matter what time of day or night.
He anticipated the opponents' every move and was always one step ahead of them. His honesty, integrity and ethics were reflected in all of his actions.
It is obvious that he hires only the best and that professional client service and respect are emphasized. Team work definitely contributes to the success of the Firm. Everyone I dealt with was aware of the latest details of the case and treated me with courtesy, empathy and respect.
David Francis' knowledge, dedication and diligence were rewarded by a 2.4 million dollar jury award. This was the first successful malpractice case in Las Vegas in over two years.
His Firm also handles several types of personal injury cases such as car accidents, slip and fall and on the job accidents.
It is impossible for me to say enough about David Francis and his associates. They will always be honest with you, return your calls, discuss your options with you and put your best interests first. You can trust them.
Satisfied Client
I hired David Francis approx one year ago to represent me and my family after a drunk driver, ran a red light and totaled my SUV injuring us. From my initial call to his office I dealt with nothing but professional people. I met with Mr. Francis personally, on my first visit and although I had never sued any one before, he explained the whole process and basically held my hand through it all. I admit I was a bit of a pest, because I had so many questions but even though I called a million times I was always treated very courteously. His assistants were also very helpful, in getting my SUV paid for, and answering any questions i had. I will say that they are fairly busy and I had to leave a couple of messages but I always got a call back. Mr. Francis negotiated a good settlement for us with out any pressure for us to accept. The best thing is that they were willing to take it further IF I WANTED TO. I thought that was very amazing considering all the horror stories alot of my family and friends had about how different attorneys here in Las Vegas and how they cared more about the cases and their public image more than the client, Mr. Francis definately proved otherwise. I hate to sound like a commercial but I had a hard time swallowing Mike's, Ripoff Report. I have to completely Disagree, but our experience with the Francis Law Firm was entirely opposite. I would strongly reccomend this firm in a heart beat. They kept me in the loop through out the whole ordeal, and made it less stressful because I honestly felt them fighting for me and my family. Its sounds like this Mike Guy was the problem and not the firm.
Good Outcome
Mike- I understand you're upset you did not recover as much money from your lawsuit as you would have liked, however, a $63,000.00 settlement on your slip and fall case was a very good outcome. The settlement we negotiated in your case was a good result for several reasons. (1) The hotel had no notice of a slippery surface or a dangerous condition upon the step which you slipped, and it was found to be in good condition; (2) Although you complain of back pain and demand narcotic medication, your x-rays, MRI's and other objective tests are all negative; (3) When you called defendant's expert witnesses the night before their depositions and threatened to "ruin their careers" if they did not testify in your favor, you all but destroyed your case, and all the hard work, time, money and effort we had spent in your behalf. Defendant's filed a motion to dismiss the case based on your witness tampering. Although the judge did not dismiss your case, the evidence of your extortion and witness tampering with their experts became evidence to be used in front of the jury; (4) Your lost earning capacity claim was devalued by you refusing to have an objective physical examination to determine whether you could return to work duty. By refusing this test, it brings into questions whether you were really hurt or not. While I can never change how you feel, I hope you can come to appreciate all the effort, time and money I put into your case. You were turned down by other law firms, but I took on your case and worked very hard to get the outcome I did. I wish you the very best. -David Francis
Real or Fake Injury?
Why do you not describe your "injury"? Were you really hurt, or just feigned an injury following a fender bender?
