They are sellers located at Thailand and owns
several online shops/domain names such

(Thailand), Prateep na talang (Thailand), Sutham Pitrolli Andy (Thailand and
Netherlands Antilles), Barell Paul (Thailand) Andre Crevier, Colbert Alfred
(Thailand and Guadeloupe), Bern Alfred (Thailand), Alex Abbaba, Banx Victor
(Anguilla), Duteil Bernard (Guadeloupe), Prateep na talang, Sutham, NET ABC (
Anguilla) all located in Thailand, Netherlands Antilles, Guadeloupe and
Anguilla they are 100% Fraud, Fake and Scammers - Steal money
from customers.
Two (2) web sites are located in the United States
- Scottsdale, Arizona
They have scammed thousands from all around the globe.
This "seller" (if we can call him a seller) quickly cashes your money by using Western Union but never sends goods. And if you and dare to send him a complaint, he threatens and blackmails you (as he knows your name and your postal address).
Be very careful when a website suggests you to pay via Western Union (Western Union is a mean to use between trusted persons, not with an unknown person).

Here is a tobacco online website which is placed in our black list in the French section because the few members who have ordered from this website have never received their order.
This website ships to the worldwide (when they decide to ship = never).
So be careful, we have never found positive testimonies, excepted 2 falses testimonies posted by the saler himself. Why do we think it is false? Because it is written he orders since 2005 whereas the website has been created in april 2007 (in the Whois).
