David Lewis took the money for materials. As he did not come to perform the services on the agreed on time and the project was cancelled, he never returned the $1100 that he took for the deposit for the materials. Had to file a lawsuit, complaint to the licensing board and complaint to the IRS with the formats for earned income. Be aware of the thief in your community in Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver area.
