I do not know who you are or that you worked for american funding group or any of the other comapanies that david payne had registered under the same address. Every statement I made is 100% accurate. I have numerous emails, phone calls, and text messages to back everything yup. He even stated that the deal was screwed up and he would refund the money. Also the signed contract did have a refund claus in it. If you worked on this account you would know that. This shows me you have no idea what you are talking about. He also gave paper work from a metro bank in texas that suppossedly was in the process of doing our deal. When i contacted the bank they never heard of us or david k payne. Also I have been in contact with his current employeers where he his having problems as well. I feel this is another friend of his who is trying to support him without knowing the facts. If you continue to come on here and say I am making false statments I will have my attorney contact you and add you to the lawsuit, actually call me anyways my attorney would like to talk to you since you claim to have worked there. I have come across this report and I am appalled that someone could write such untruthful statements without consequences.  I am a former employee of American Funding Group and I worked for David Payne for many years.  The person who wrote this complaint is not telling the truth.  I worked on this file and know the truth.  The client signed a legally binding contract with American Funding Group.  In that contract he agreed to pay a non refundable application fee to American Funding Group.  The reason that his loan did not close has nothing to do with American Funding Group, or David Payne.  In the 10 years I worked for David Payne his cell phone and office numbers never changed.  I would urge anyone who reads the complaints of this person to realize that he is making slanderous, untruthful, fictitious, and unfounded comments that should be given no weight by any righteous person.

David Payne............... as I know him is an affable, astitute professional who plays by the book. The World of Loan Brokerage began taking a hit due to the current credit crisis. many banks and Institutions pulled plugs on many loans in queue. This reporter may have suffered a turned down loan, not because David took the earnest money and run away with it...NO....and I very much sympathise with this reporter. However, this one situation does not make this man a scam artist for he has built his life on a sound hardworking principle. David, as I know him, is not the one you are talking about .

It should be noted on record that, David as well as many brokers had a shock of their lives when loans submitted to various banks and was almost at the point of closing, got turned down .at the point of closing...due to the credit freeze.
Normally brokers will communicate to thier clienst what the Banks are telling them. If you have a loan officer in a Bank who would not give a broker the true picture of the status of a loan, It makes everybody looks bad eventually. David is an honest man please...for God,s sake.

If he knew this loan just like many of other brokers' loans would be turned down, he would have been the last person to take an earnest money on that. He has done many deals and closed loans big and small. I believe he was away from the country when this unfortunate incident probably happened. Many loan applications were frozen due to banks' struggle with the credit crunch. This could be...and again...could be one of them.

David is an American who will always come back to his country. He is not runing away with any money or from anybody.
