David Kohm promised legal representation and fair treatment to me after a PI auto accident.  They seemed reasonable and had some recommmendations on the internet (but since being treated badly I have investigated and found out that these guys and a few others in Dallas really stink--they load up the internet review sites with phony "seminar" ghost written positive recommendations). 

My health care provider obtained an LOP for health care services performed on my behalf and was supposed to be paid after settlement.  The case dragged on for years.  After they sign you up at Kohm's place, they "own" you.  I was substantially ripped off with a tiny settlement and they made a sick joke about not intending to pay for the medical services I received even though they promised to do so in writing.  These guys are criminals.  Their office staff are rude liars!  Run from these criminals!
