David L Whetzel claims to be missionary renting his home through zillow Greenwich Connecticut

Similar to other reporters i found a listing on Zillow for a rental - this time in  Greenwich Conn  - property is a vacant home whose real estate listing has been altered no longer for sale - now for rent and below the market which should have tipped me off but he sent an e-mail sob story  [identical to other reports]  about poor prior tenants and asked for contact via his e-mail account.

wants me to send him security deposit and two months rent and he will send me the keys

I would post here the email he sent me but i am not computer literate enough to do that  but it is identical the tho one reported by the lady from Mass
