Our Westie was supposedly from Ireland. We also never got the paperwork. Turns, out he came from David Moore of Brushy Creek Kennel (now offline).
Our dog was brokered by Andrea Kroening of Prior Lake, MN.
We were told of his great blood-lines, raised in a family environment.
We've had many problems with the dog. It is now clear why: he was abused as a pup. So sad! I am glad to see he's been shut down. I just hope he doesn't turn up in MN!

I also bought a dog from Dave Moore's puppy mill. Mine is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He also was supposedly born in Ireland and we never received his papers either. He has very poor blood lines and we have watched him struggle with pain because of bad breeding.
Dave Moore is scum and heartless and should be shut down. I understand he is in Texas now continuing his bad business practices. He owns dogs all over the world that produce inferior offspring.
Andrea Kroening of Prior Lake is not responsible for any of this. She loves animals and would never be a part of something so dreadful. She and her husband bought Dave Moore's ranch in Prior Lake and agreed to continue to broker puppies for him. I know that she had no idea of how sick these puppies were and how underhanded Dave Moore is. She started getting puppies returned and discontinued her relationship with Mr. Moore.
Andrea is innocent of any unlawful or inhumane practices. I saw her loving those puppies and bathing them and taking them out into the yard for play time. Her heart is as big as the Montana sky!
