I keep receiving Bipolar CDS, that I didn't request. They are on my Mastercard and every time I receive one I am billed and I have to contact Mastercard to get the $29.95 off my account. I can't find any address or phone number to discontinue this. So far, Mastercard has been wonderful about removing it. Anyone know how to contact David Oliver Bipolar Tapes to discontinue. As usual, a ripoff place does not provide it on their website.
