David Tomei of LT MOVERS in Chicago sent us a bad check in the amount of $384.75 and has refused to make good on it or the fees we incurred. He never answers our calls or emails with one exception saying he would send payment again BUT never did. He passed a bad check.

Just read the lying rebuttal of this thief after 5 years and seeing what he said... I will sue him. He sent a bad check and kept a 1975 baseball set that I mailed him. I reported him but ever read his lying rebuttal till now. I will in turn sue him for slander. Do not do business with him or take a check. I am Jerry Tomeo and I am honest... he is not!

I am Jerry Tomeo and this bum sent me a bad check for a 1975 Topps baseball set which I mailed to him before knowing the check was bad. After just reading what he wrote about me I just may sue him for slander. He not only got my baseball set for free I incurred his bad check fees. HE IS A THIEF!!! Do not deal with him. d**n crook.

The real story is that Jerry Tomeo who wrote this false statement actually tried to sell me counterfeit items from Ebay. After I was informed of this I stopped payment on the check

Jerry Tomeo of Drexel Hill Pennsylvania sells fake baseball cards on Ebay. This was brought to my attention and I actually stopped payment on the check in question. I wouldnt do business with this person at all!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE
