David W. Stuart Malpractice, Poorly Trained Judge, who Perhaps Shouldn't Be a Judge San Fernando California

I strongly believe the judge David w. stuart is not just poorly trained for his job, but also very inadequate. In my opinion he shouldn't be a judge. Our society doesn't deserve to have corruption and "by luck" qualified personnel in courthouses.

He befouled my record because of his ineptitude. A case that was suppose to be dismissed due to perjury of a victim and an absolutely negligible offence. But he would continue to mess with a good person's life (me) because of David's inefficient thought process... 

Maybe he's corrupt in that way. I find it hard to believe that a judge can cogitate at a teenager level. He would declare dubious arguments. eg: he would say things like "there's no way a 20 year old girl would approach a 33 year old man." - Which was already proven by the victim herself. She confessed that she approached my vehicle and wouldn't leave me when I shouted several times to leave me alone. Maybe he thought so because he can't attract ladies therefore that argument may be plausible to his perspective. But a professional shouldn't judge based on his own weak charisma or sensual deficiencies...

This is just a drop in the bucket. He did so much more. I have to abridge this post for convenience and stop my story here. If you're a victim of david w. stuart's malpractice please drop a thread below to let the society know. Thanks!
