This people are very unprofesional they hire anybody to be a superintendent we have to baby sitt all their employees to run their jobs they do not have a clue of GC Work, they have a Mechanism to delay your payment  for example you suppost turn in invoices on the 20 th of each month before 3:00 pm and we turn in our invoices on the 17th with all our paper work but they have to approved the payment regardless of all paper work you turn in with all conditional waivers of lien. and here is the trick they send your payment certified and autorized by them on the 20th by 9:00 pm so that way you can't be paid on the next month, now you have to send it back on the 21st so your invoice will go on the next month to be process and they will pay the first draw 90 days after you complete you work if you are lucky. for all sucontarctos that are not really how to mess with this alligators you will lose your rights of liens the best thing is to open jobs accounts were you purchase your materials and let the big Dogs to fight for you. I do this all the time with people like this. some time some one needs to give them a lesson.
