I am presently dealing with Davison Inventegration Co. and have paid $685.00 to begin the research,which has been completed,and to locate a company interested in my idea.I have recently been told that there is a company but I will receive a phone call in a couple of weeks to determine the costs of making a prototype for presentation to interested companies.

My idea does not require a prototype and any research and developement department would ubderstand what I am trying to accomplish with a simple explanation and diagragm.I had been originally told that i would receive some word of a presentation by the end of June,2005 but now it will be at least five months.The "gentleman" I am dealing with is Mr. Michael Leonardi and he is quite a salesman.He indicated to me that there would be thousands of dollars in expenses down the road in order to manufacture a prototype and the means to manufacture the product itself.

I am dissappointed and am now proceeding with extreme caution.I will not be contributing anymore money to this project and if everything I have recently read concerning this company I expect some sales pressure at first then they will probably drop me like a hot potatoe when I refuse to invest anymore time and money.I to did not find anything wrong when researching the FTC but have located a number of complaints on the internet.If my experience with this company follows the course of all those others,I would be interested in a Class Action Lawsuit to retain some of, if not all, the monies lost to this company.I sent them an idea based on more than 30 yrs. experience as a Respiratory Therapist and at the encouragement of other therapists and nurses who believe in my idea.

I would sincerely hope that the FTC would be interested in putting a stop to this if it is a multimillion dollar scam.There must be fraud involved if it is infered that there is even a remote possibility that this company intends to assist you for a fee to sell your legitimate ideas to a company with some indication of monetery gain or recognition.I to have had other ideas that I spoke to other individuals at one time or another and they turned up on the market and someone else reaped the rewards.I thought this was going to be my time but I now I am discouraged and dissapointed. I will pursue this with other interested companies on my own should this company turn out to be a "ripoff".thank you for reading my story.
