Dawn Ryder is using my telephone numbers to place orders to be charged by OAN services to my telephone bill. I have tried to find any listing for "Dawn Ryder" but can find no evidence of her existance. I am getting several calls daily for "her" from other internet providers whom she's applied for information (ie, Avon, University of Phoenix Online).
