Dawn Shaldone Perma Lash by Dawn - Jupiter Florida Ripped off Web Designer for not working for FREE Jupiter Florida

Dawn Shaldone contracted mt services for a 3 page website @ $100 per page. She recieved beautiful website as per her request to look like another website. I had her ranking on Page 1 of Google within a day of completion of her site. I supplied all artwork for which I paid for since she did not supply them at the onset of creatiion. Dawn Shaldone was in a hurry to have the site completed within 3 days of starting her hosting plan because she claimed to have impiortant clients and the site must be up immediately. I stayed up for for th ebetter part of 2 nights to get the site up by Monday after being supplied with the hosting nfo Friday evening.

What I didn't know is that she purchased 2 hosting accounts which caused many issues and I hat to install Wordpress 3 times.

I had no knowledge of the 2 hosting plans and received 7 - 15 calls per day asking why her email did not work. She failed to inform me of the unnneccessary hgosting plan she purchased/

A week after completion  she sent pictures that did not match the theme colors and insisted I include them. She sent plagerized text which I had to re-write. All additional fees. 

When I sent her an invoice for $50 additional services and she charged back the $300 for all the work I had done.

After that I took down her site but left a back up file which could be restored after I was made whole for the work I had done , not including the extra work and 15 daily neurtic calls I had to field.

This has been going on for over 3 months with money being pulled out of my back account through PayPal. PayPal has received my supporting socumentation and sided with me twice, however, her credit card company is still resisting and again $3000 was pulled from my personal checking account.

I can't afford to lose any more time and money as she has already cost me hundreds of dollars in lost work hours dealing with thins and bak fees.

It will only cost more to sue her. Rip Off Dawn expects people to work for her for free forever so Designer BEWARE!

This is still an ongoing issue for me and ultimately will result in me suing her.

When she pulled the money for the work done from my Paypal account I took her site down. She had a good back up file of her site that could have beeen restored in minutes and once I was made whole the hosting comapny would restoire it for her.

She chose to cancel her account full well knowing the site could have been restored within 5 minutes and the BS continues.

Designers BEWARE of this one!
