i went to Saint Augustine from Thursday 11/15/2018 to 11/17/2018 and was a guest at Days Inn St Augustine, 2560 SR , Saint Augustine, Fl. On their advertisement, they say free breakfast, free wifi. According to the desk clerk, there is no such thing. I spoke to customer service employee Chris who has selective blindness, he went to the site and could not see the free breakfast part.

When I called the number on the ad, it was somebody from the front desk who took the reservation. No third party was involved. To take such an interest in this case, you must be involved somehow with this business, Robert.

Apples and Oranges

The photo you posted is NOT from the hotel site, it is as you stated an "ad" that happens to be from a 3rd party.
I feel for you, but a business can't be held responsible for what 3rd parties post. Your actual complaint should be where that ad got it's description from. If you didn't actually book directly from the hotel you may want to raise your complaint to the company you booked the room with.

I went to their website and saw the Free WiFi, but not a word about "Free Breakfast". The only thing I did see is that it is attached to a resturant, but nothing that states it was free breakfast.
Perhaps you can get a screen shot and post what you are seeing.
