We decided to book a room at the Days Inn Wilbur in Kill Devil Hills NC on the internet in order to save time. Plans changed and we followed the hotels guidelines for cancelling the reservation.
We were told that we had a special rate that was prepaid that the day could not be cancelled or changed. No where does it say that the room required prepayment for services.
Since we did not use the room, we have tried several times to get our money back but no one will even return my calls.
Dont stay at a Days Inn. They will steal from you.

OK now does anyone read anything before they click on submit? If you would have taken just a few seconds you would have seen this when you made your reservation online.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no credit or refund for early departures, cancellations, no shows, or changes in your reservation for any reason. Guests will not receive any refund or credit.
So dont say that you never seen this because its there on the webiste.
Because more that likely you clicked on the "Buy Now An Save" rate, and thats what it is you pay upfront and you save. And you have no option to cancel the room. YOU WILL BE CHARGE! So when and if you make another reservation online, read before you buy.
