Dbrutto06 seller failed to inform me that the "new condition" phone really didn't work at all Maple Ontario

dbrutto06 sold me a phone on ebay for $215 it was "only used for a few weeks and then was sent to the shelf when he decided to pick up an iPhone" the screen of the phone appears to have water damage, the phone doesnt ring when i call people, or ring when people call me, so basically no noise at all, it also constantly lights up and turns the screen completely black, like snow on the t.v. it is a completlely dud phone. also, to top it off, it took him a MONTH to send me it...so as i am excited to finally be receiving it, it was a complete disaster to turn it on and have it not work at all.
