Being silly and young along time ago, about 9 years ago, i got into a pickle and got a payday loan which i paid off, now, 9 years later DC capitol and some attorneys in california are threatening me and my family members and stating they will come and arrest us. i sent money knowing that it probably was a scam, how do i get my money back, how can i get them to stop harrassing us?
