Dcse of Virginia beach They are scam artist..they want me in the rears.. Virginia Beach Virginia

 I've been at my job for 4 years and then having child support taken out those four years not one problem and all the sudden this year they started taking less out of my check and now I'm in the rears for my 2 cases $800 I go up there to get a piece of paper so they can start taking out more money out of my check and they gave me a letter taking out less then what I was getting taken out in the first place everything was fine until this year and their customer service at the place is really bad the females that work there really act like they don't like their job always have an attitude on the phone or walk in as well.. can anybody help me with this
