On 1/8/15, I ordered a set of bed sheets and the ad stated that product would be shipped in 2 business days. My credit card was charged on 1/9/15. As of today, 1/16/15, I have called the number (1-855-436-8483) for customer support and have received the message that (there are no agents to take your call at this time".
