I requested only 20$ worth of bid money well they took 65$ I have tried very nicely to get ahold of them to refund my money but they've yet to respond basically ripped me off thanks a lot deal dash

After hearing about all of the scamming and dishonesty involved with penny auction sites did you HONESTLY believe they WOULDN'T rip you off? Either you have been living under a rock for the past few years or you were desparate to get "Something for nothing", which will never happen - hate to break it to you. The whole concept of penny auctions are a scam in themselves and you will NEVER be on the winning end of it, NEVER. I'm betting you are the type who would file a rip off report on a casino after you put money in a slot machine and didn't get anything back, aren't ya?

Sounds like you got what you deserve, giving a scam penny auction site your credit card. Consider it an "Educational Experience" and write it off and move on. That's all I can recommend because I doubt you will ever see your money back!
