Dealdash.com Deal Dash This is a public auction site, which does not have the capacity for large traffic volumes, hence they take your bids then conveniently crash or freeze which disallow the bidder to proceed forward. Internet

This public auction website is able to accept money for bidding...no problem but when a consumer has spent a substantial amount bidding the site freezes and crashes disallowing the consumer to proceed forward.  They either need to limit the amount of bidders or amp up the website.

I've had the same problem!

They got me for $138 this way!  According to their profile with Paypal (via the Conflict Resolution Center), you can try to call them at 855-883-3274 but, since it's the weekend, I've not had any luck there.  Good luck getting your funds back.
Their 'Terms of Use' clearly state that they don't care how crappy their service is (whether it's their failure to reinvest in the necessary equipment to do business or it's a failure on behalf of service providers) they have no intention to refund money lost...ever.

So far, the only advice I've received to deal with their theft is to contact a legal team about filing a class-action lawsuit.  If anyone does begin these proceeding, PLEASE contact me.  I am more than willing to testify and/or contribute the evidence I've collected (screenshots, spreadsheets, etc.)
