Purchased 2 items oct 2013. Never received items requested refund dec 13... Dealscube refunded money and the same day took money back from dwolla site so dwolla will not transfer money... Dealscube will not return any emails to myself or dwolla. Contacting Bbb and any other site that will tell people not to use dealscube for purchases... I checked references when I order but at that time didn't see anything out of the ordinary.  Now I'm gonna have a huge fight on my hands to recieve a refund I'm due!!   Total scam company. Beware!!!

When is it OK to steal?

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 09, 2015

So after 30 days, if someone doesn't claim a refund that belongs to them, then it's ok to steal it?  After 60 days, then everyone is off the hook and has no responsibility to anyone?  Where are these laws written down?

I have spoke to dwolla multiple times and I have all of the email transactions from all 3 companies. Dealscube, dwolla, and toys net... Dwolla could not give me back the money on the 19th of feb because dealscube cancelled the transaction and their was no money yo transfer to me. You are a fraud company and you will be hearing from my attorney about this matter!!!  FRAUD!!!!

dealsCube is a marketplace

AUTHOR: dealsCube - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 14, 2014

First, dealsCube.com is a marketplace. We do not own or sell any items listed on the site. You purchased an item from the seller, not from dealsCube.com. Second, under our buyer protection program, you have received a full refund through Dwolla on 01/19/2014. Sameday we took your refund back? Your refund was cancelled by Dwolla on 02/18/2014 becuase you have not claimed your refund (payment) within 30 days. It was not same day, it was 30 days later.

As of now, we will not be able to assist you on this issue since it has been over 60 days from the date you purchased the item.
