John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer - Dean Renfro; Black Lion Investment Partners Inc, we believe Dean Renfro facilitated, coached, and introduced the Black Lion Investment Partners Inc. program while he knew or ought to have know they were under an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission

We believe that Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer,  is complicit and willingly assisting Black Lion Investment Partners Inc in their program in which the court did support it’s motion for default judgement against the defendants: PLAINTIFF’S MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN SUPPORT OF ITS MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS WOOTEN, ROSE, KRCIL, and BLACK LION  judg21-cv-00270krcil.pdf (sec.gov)  

We believe that that Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer contributed to further investment into Black Lion Investment Partners with knowledge that Black Lion was under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and we believe that that Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer was an instrumental and a primary intermediary to induce further investment.  Dean Renfro and Michael Lawrence Peel of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada; on or about July 30, 2021 hosted a Zoom call/meeting at which time we believe they further induced both investment and what appeared to be a recruitment of ‘bird dogs’ (a gun dog trained to retrieve birds) or in this case – individuals used to solicit or induce investment into Black Lion Investment Partners.   We believe this is a process to assist and participate in further perpetuating this investment to circumvent the Security and Exchange Commission of the US in defiance and ridiculing the judgement of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Judge Christine M. Arguello.

We believe that Dean Renfro in his capacity as an accredited and prominent member of the John Maxwell Team and Certified Coach – speaker and trainer is using this reputation and status to solicit and induce both investment and recruit ‘bird dogs’ into this program. 

 As a result of information, which we now believe and understand to be inaccurate, misleading, and false, provided thru intermediaries (‘bird dogs’) coached and directed by that Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer; we believe that we have lost more than $1,000,000.00 USD. 

On or about the 22nd of November 2021 we did notify the John Maxwell Team of this concern and as of January 4, 2022, the John Maxwell Team have not provided any confirmation or denial that Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer was or is a member in good standing.
