Debby Stevenson only cares about her commission and is not trust worthy. She totally ripped me on a payoff that she submitted on a house I sold on Main Street. I drove 3 hrs to closing and when I reviewed the closing statement it was off by 10k because of a high payoff that she submitted to the title company. I told the title office it was wrong and that I would not close. So here is the scam... I was told to sign and that the deed holder would reimburse me the money after closing.

I was told if I did not sign right then and there I would have to wait weeks to get my equity. Well.. weeks later I never heard anything. And my equity was stripped by these Ludington scammers. This was about 10 yrs ago when Debbie worked for lighthouse realty on rath street. It looks like she moved to Greenridge realty in Ludington which is not surprising. I wonder why she moved?

I will never deal with Debbie Stevenson again she is not trust worthy and never disclosed she was on the Board in which I submitted a real estate complaint.
