My issue is simple- I never received AKC papers for my Wire Hair Fox Terrier or my West Highland White Terrier! Nor have I met anyone that purchased a dog from this 'business' that actually received papers. Additionally, several vets I've spoken to over the years have seen pups from Debcha with ear mites.
I witnessed the living conditions for the breeding dogs in the basement of this building. Absolutely sad as they probably weren't getting any positive human contact and excercise as well as being kept in filthy conditions with heavily matted coats.
Admittedly, this was several years ago and could very well have improved since then- but I have no reason to believe that.
A later contact with the owner of Debcha Kennels unrelated to her business supported her 'challenging' personality.

More specifically with the AKC? Registerable doesn't always mean AKC. So, maybe try sending her a demand letter with copies of all supporting paperwork and proof, and if you still do not recieve them you may be owed some money back depending on when you bought them. Also, have you moved since purchasing the puppies? What does your purchase contract say about registerability?
