On 7/21/2007 I recieved a letter form Debit Card Support stating,"Here's Your New Card Debit Mastercard.
Account number 5397700100590202 exp. 07/09 access code 1865
Costomer service at 1-800-757-0717.
I did not order said card. I do not wany this card.. I have recently filled for Bankrurtsy, maybe the imfirmation came from that source.
