Seller was listing items on etsy made with stolen fabric. Seller was found guilty in court of breach of contract with fraudulent intent. I hired her to make samples/protypes/possible production on some children's clothing items for my line. She took the fabric, made different items and listed them for sale on etsy. I later found out she was on Social Security disability and had asked me to pay her in cash, which I did not.
