Debt Care USA is a scam! I have been sued by my creditors

AUTHOR: mslegend - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 25, 2011

I have also been scammed by Debt Care USA.  I started making payments to them 6/21/10 and stopped my payments on 1/10/11 when I realized they were doing nothing to help settle one of my accounts.  I had the money in the bank to use as settlement but they gave me the run around.  Since then I have been sued by Discover Card and owe them and 5 other creditors due to me not paying cuz I was paying Debt CAre USA.  I called them to cancel and they will not return my money even though they did nothing to help me.  In all I lost about $2700!  I could have used that money to pay off one of my cards!  DO NOT use debt settlement companies to pay off your debts!!

Good results

Debt Care USA does have an A rating with the BBB and a complaint ratio that is minimal considering the number of clients they service.  I have spent over 10 years working in the credit card industry and have extensive knowledge of this. There are circumstances that consumers may leave off their complaints that contribute to the program not working for them. Examples of this are clients failing to make their monthly program payments or are already facing judgments before they enter the program. These are things you should discuss with your settlement service before signing.

Debt Care USA 100% in compliance. All customers are explained our program in full detail

AUTHOR: Debt Care Usa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 22, 2008

Debt Care USA offers and amazing service called Debt Settlement.
We are able to negotiate with your creditors and settle your consumer debts at 50% if not less. You are then able to make these payments at 0% interest. We help those people under financial strain and burden from the relentless practices of the credit card industry.

Each and every customer that enrolls in our program signs and agrees to our agreement which covers our program completely. Also each customer receives a welcome call and a welcome package. Our customers must understand all aspects of our program before we can make one draft from their account.

In response to Monica from Amherst each one of our customers is explained that we do not make monthly payments to their creditors but however their monthly payments must accumulate in an account that is in their name and their name only. At any time the customer can pull the savings out of their account and cancel the program. In order for us to be in a position to "settle" with the creditors we must not pay the creditors monthly but save money in order to make a one time settlement payment.
Each customer is told this on the initial call into our company.

In response to Amber's complaint we at Debt Care USA have never had a single client sued by a creditor. We do everything we can to protect our customers and settle their debts before such things happen. Amber seems to be a customer that fell prey the to unlawful acts of the credit card companies. Creditors will call clients and use scare tactics by threatening to sue them. While this does scare customers in to payment our customers have a full understanding of creditors practices if they chose to read our welcome package and listen to us on our welcome call. I apologize if Amber did not take full advantage of our extensive education we give to each one of our clients during enrollment and fell victim to harassing creditors.

Any one that is under the burden of creditors and would like to learn how to become debt free in as little as 36 months please contact Debt Care USA at (800)266-9085
www.debtcareusa.com

Thanks!
