Our sincere appologies to Russell Craft. We mistakenly thought he was the owner of the business that owed us money. He was NOT the owner and was NOT responsible for company payments. Russell is a fine, upstanding person and we regret any inconvenience or embarrassment this may have caused him. We would remove this entire report, but Rippoff Report does not permit us to do that, so we are making this additional comment instead.
