 Hello .I ran into financial hardship in the summer of 2011. I went onto the internet and found debt free solutions.I called them up to find out how they could help me reduce my debt.

 They sent me a detailed instuction manual outlining the savings that we could see,how they would help us etc.. I also had several phone calls with them with instuctions on what I was to do.

They sent me 2 forms that I had to sign. One was thier proposal of payments that I would make to them, with a breakdown of the monthly costs and where the money was going. The second was a temporary power of attorney document so that they could negotiate with the mastercard company for a reduction of the debt.

 The proposal that I signed said that I supposed to be finished with the whole debt by Feb.15/15. I have tried to phone and e-mail them several times .No-one has got in touch with me at all. I still have to find out what is going on with regards to the visa that I negociated with them to pay.

 I have no idea what to do now. As of to-day we got someone who left me a voice mail to tell me that they lost my file. I could really use some help here.
