Since June 6, 2006, I gave Debt Relief of America over $3,000.00 of my money to negotiate my credit card debt. As of today, Debt Relief of America aka Acu-Shield has not negotiated, settled or attempted to negotiate or settle any of my debt. Numerous attempts were made on my part to speak to a representative of DRA to inquire about the status of our contract, but to no avail was not able to speak to an actual person. I was passed on from one automated service to telephone answering services whom could not give me phone numbers to speak to a person regarding my account.
