Took $9,000 out of my account to settle my debt in April. It is now August and has not settled it. He will not call me or email me back. Their site is shut down and there is now communication from the company.

It sounds like you might be out $9000. These people may have disappeared like the morning dew.

You could & should file complaints about money fraud.

Next time, settle your own debts.
